Accident Insurance Accident Insurance will be issued upon agreement that customers provide Thailand Green Ride with personal details as requested. Failure to provide personal details is an acceptance that customers do not want Thailand Green Ride to arrange accident insurance.
Deposit Policy:
- Full payment is required to secure customer's booking.
Refund Policy:
If customer makes cancellation:
- 7 (seven) days before tour date, customer gets 70% refund
- 3 (three) days before tour date, customer gets 50% refund
- 1 (one) days before tour date, customer gets 30% refund
- no show customer gets "no" refund
* customers will be responsible for bank/transfer fees.
* refund for customers of custom tour is on a case by case basis.
