How do I book your service?
When you decided to give us an opportunity to serve and take you out to enjoy our country, please follow steps below:
1. For recommended tours:
    a. Please complete booking form at our booking page. Your booking will be sent automatically to us. Please make sure that you give us a correct email address.
    b. As soon as we receive your booking and we have places available, we will send a confirmation and the invoice to you. You can pay online with your credit card.
    c. After we receive your payment, we will issue a receipt and voucher for service and email them to you. Please print and bring them along to our meeting point. Our tour guide will request for a voucher for service.
    d. Enjoy your bike tour.

2. For custom tour:
    a. Please email to us to discuss your dream bike tour and check our availability.
    b. After your dream tour is designed and cost is calculated, we will send a confirmation and the invoice to you. You can pay online with your credit card.
    c. After we receive your payment, we will issue a receipt and voucher for service and email them to you. Please print and bring them along to our meeting point. Our tour guide will request for a voucher for service.
    d. Enjoy a bike tour of your dream.

Is it safe to cycle long distance in Thailand?
Yes it is safe. But one fact you have to inform you is that Thailand does not have bike lanes. Bicycles share the roads with other vehicles. How do I deal with dogs?
Thai people love dogs especially people in the countryside. We keep dogs as house guards and there are many street dogs as people always feed them. Therefore, dogs are unavoidable. From our experience, foreigners are afraid of dogs. Some dogs might attack passerby. But we know how to handle them and so far we do not have any accident from dogs or get bitten by dogs. Can I find western food around Thailand?
Yes, but it is more difficult to find western food in small cities.
All our guests so far enjoys Thai food so much that during our cycling tour, they only requested for Thai food.

When would be the best month for cycling in Thailand?
Thailand is suitable for cycling all year round. But during rainy and hot season, we recommend cycle in the morning rather afternoon. Normally rain in Thailand is heavy but short except during monsoon season. So when it rains, it is better that you stop and wait.

I am just moderate cyclist, will I be able to enjoy your tour?
Of course you will enjoy our tours. All tours , short and long distance, are designed for novice to intermediate cyclists. Our priority is to get you know Thailand not getting from point A to point B. Advanced cyclists are also welcome to our tours. You can join us for your easy cycling holiday.

I cannot ride bicycle but your tour looks so attractive, is there anyway I can join your tour?
Try our customized tours. We can design a combined tour for cyclists and non cyclists. For non cyclists, you can sit in a van and enjoy the same routes and activities.

Do you organize tour for group or incentive?
Yes, we do! We can combine bicycle tour with activities and attractions of your preference. We have support vehicle. Let us know you idea and we will a tour of your dream.

Are you bonded?
Yes, we are. Our company is registered with Thailand's Ministry of Commerce. We are also registered with Tourism Authority of Thailand. Deposit money is required for a registration. If anything goes wrong, you can file your complaint to the Tourism Authority of Thailand and our deposit money will be used to compensate your loss if the loss is caused by Thailand Green Ride.
